Andrology/Endocrinology Laboratory Supervisor Kim Thayer, MLT Kim has been an Andrologist for the Virginia IVF and Andrology Center since 1999, and became our Andrology/Endocrinology Laboratory Supervisor in 2000. She received her degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from J. Sargent Reynolds in Richmond and has over 17 years of clinical laboratory experience. Her extensive training and experience in medical technology assures high quality testing from our andrology and endocrinology laboratory.

Andrologist Heather Barros, MT Heather has been an andrologist at Virginia IVF and Andrology Center since 2001. She received her degree in Medical Technology from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, and has several years of clinical laboratory experience. Heather's warm personality and dedicated expertise in medical technology is an asset to our high standard of care at the Virginia IVF and Andrology Center.

Andrologist Terra Turner, MLT Terra joined Virginia IVF and Andrology Center as an andrologist in 2004. She is a graduate of the United States Air Force School of Healthcare Sciences where she received her degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Terra is very personable and has over 20 years of clinical laboratory experience.
